Gay Mortgages are taken out by Gay and Lesbian people to help them purchase property. Types of Mortgages taken out by gays and lesbians in the past include Capital Repayment and Interest Only Mortgages.

The UK mortgage Industry has traditionally not been very friendly towards Gay & Lesbian people in the past. Gay and Lesbian people have been asked for unecessary HIV testing and inflated premiums on insurance products associated with mortgages. If you find yourself in doubt when taking out Gay Mortgages or Gay Life Assurance, then seek advice.
